£25.00 – £45.00The Tree Bee Society’s Beekeeping Taster Sessions are ideal for those who are looking to become beekeepers, but would like a bit more hands on experience before they commit. At our Taster Session all beekeeping beginners will;
- Be introduced to Beekeeping Equipment
- Discuss hive safety
- Receive a Hive Demonstration
- Handle a live colony of Honeybees
- Discuss various aspects of the Hive
We have Taster Sessions available for both Individuals or Families* so you can encourage the whole family to take part! All our Taster Sessions are run by experienced Tree Bee Beekeepers and last approximately one hour. Participants who enjoy their Taster Session are welcome to inquire about our Beekeeping Courses.
Our final Beekeeping Taster Session of 2018 will be Saturday the 18th of August. Please make sure that if you have booked a session and not already used your voucher, that you use it either on or before this date.
