What Items can be returned?

If your purchase is unfit for purpose, or you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason. You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Upon receipt of returns, we will automatically process a refund, unless another form of compensation is agreed.

How to package a return

To ensure a speedy refund, just follow these instructions when packaging your item;

  • Use the original packaging, if it is still available
  • Include any protective packaging, this helps to minimize the risk of damage
  • Include your delivery address & recipients name inside the parcel
  • Use the original packaging, if it is still available

Please note, if you do not have the original packaging, we can supply packaging goods to you. Please contact our customer services team and we can arrange for packaging materials to be sent to you in the post. Please note that there is a charge for this.


If you are dissatisfied with your item in any way, please let us know. All returns are automatically refunded unless previously agreed for other equal compensation. This applies to all undamaged items. For damaged items, the original cost, plus any return charges will be refunded.

If the product has been used or handled in a way which it is not meant or designed to. Which has subsequently caused damage, we reserve the right to withhold a maximum of twenty percent of the original items cost price.

Cost of returning an Item

We will refund any and all return delivery costs for damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items. Please note that the quickest and easiest way to return an item with the description listed above, would be to contact our customer services team. Please call, email or use our live chat feature and we will arrange for a courier to come and collect the parcel. We cannot pay the return charges for items which are not wanted, used or handled in an incorrect manner.
